The data is used to deliver the document requested by the individual. Based on the information provided Kuusisto & Partners Oy may contact the individual for sales purposes. This is not a newsletter subscription.

Source of data in data file

The data is obtained through online forms that the individual fills themself.

Kuusisto & Partners Oy does not disclose data to other parties.

Kuusisto & Partners Oy does not disclose data to other parties. Some of the service and software providers used by the company might store data outside of the EU or the European Economic Area.

Principles of processing the data file

Personal data is stored in a confidential manner in an electronic form in a system protected by the data protection software of the operating system. To access the data a username and a password are required. Access to the data is restricted to the specific employees of Kuusisto & Partners Oy who need it for their work.

Data archiving and deletion

The data file is checked once a month and all data older than 12 months is deleted.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to review the data relating to them. The data can be corrected or deleted upon the individual’s request.

Changes to the privacy policy

Kuusisto & Partners Oy can change this privacy policy if necessary. The changes may be based on, for example, changes in the data protection legislation. A notice of substantial changes is sent to the email address provided by the individual when necessary. 

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of personal data relating to them does not comply with the existing legislation.
